My personal challenge to myself.
I don't consume that much soda (pop if you're a mid-western), although I can sip on a 20 oz. bottle for a couple days. Sometimes I just want it. Other times I think I need it for that end of the day pick me up.
The truth is I never feel good when I drink it, and it's rarely satisfying like it should be.
So, I challenged myself the end of the school year to a
No Soda Summer.
June is over, and the first 30 days successful.
I haven't even had to fight the desire, like I thought I would.
On to the next 30 days!
My hope is after the summer is over, I can continue on this path for good!
Now, breads....that's a different story!
