The journey with my three little friends has been a long, but delightful one. This project began last October (whoa, 8 months ago!) after an inspiring moment in the classroom.
I was introducing Fact Families and made the comment, "You know, they stick together like the Three Little Pigs." The children giggled and grabbed hold of idea with bright eyes. (I can still see them!)
I quickly found clip of little pigs in my Smart Board Picture Gallery. I used them to help me demonstrate the concept the rest of the week. The children were engaged -- totally with me the whole time. Still giggling!
From there the idea of the posters was born. What I didn't realize at the time, were all the follow-up activities that emerged from this initial idea. The posters are FREE, and there are 4 activity packets to support fact family and related facts skills.
It's been a fun journey, and I am elated to say, "Finally posted in my TPT store!"
I also did my first BUNDLE packet, too!
